Made an appointment for my Son to get his oil changed on his own for the first time. He checked in at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. I decided to check in on him at 2:00 to see how it was going. We waited until 2:45. When I inquired about why we waited until 45 minutes after our appointment and had still not received any service. I received a rude and hostile response telling me an appointment not a time for service just a time to get in line. He explained once we arrived we then entered a line and were served once the other work ahead of us was completed. I canceled the service and will not be back to Firestone. Had the explanation been civil and at least respectful to me as a customer I might have allowed the appointment to continue but I refuse to be treated disrespectfully and pay for it as well.

Battery under warranty went bad, they replaced it very quickly and with no problems, with a new battery only charged a very small reasonable labor charge, very courteous service. They usually offer minor service items at the end such as battery corrosion terminal treatment or air filters or wipers. I generally decline these because I can do them myself much cheaper, but there was no pressure to purchase these, no sales push, I just said I would take care of those and that was the end of it. I also previously bought 4 new tires here and that all went well.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional. I wasn’t sure what tires I needed, but Jose took the time to explain my options and help me find the right ones. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy. Best of all, he helped me get quality tires at a great price. I highly recommend Firestone and appreciate Jose’s outstanding customer service.

I've been going to this location for years now and have always been treated with amazing customer service. The front staff is always professional and always willing to address my needs and are also amazing with solutions. Very trustworthy! I highly recommend getting your car serviced at this location. I also wanted to give a shout out to the manager who runs this place "Jose", he always takes the time to come out and greet me and have a conversation. He makes me feel like family!!! I wish I can give a rating of 1000...they deserve it!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They got my vehicle taken care of quickly, and the work was done right the first time. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.
